Full stack engineers who can own a feature from database schema to pixel-perfect UI are rare and expensive locally. Our dedicated full stack developers in India - specializing in the React and Node.js ecosystem - deliver complete features independently, dramatically accelerating your product velocity.
We are not a freelancer marketplace. We are a premium offshore engineering agency with proven processes.
Pre-vetted engineers ready to join your Slack and GitHub within 72 hours of agreement.
Mandatory 4–5 hour daily overlap with your EST/PST or GMT team for real-time collaboration.
You own every line of code from day one. Strict NDAs signed before any discussion begins.
Daily standups, weekly demos, and full Jira/GitHub visibility. No surprises, ever.
Every developer has 3+ years of production experience. We do not staff junior engineers on client projects.
Scale your team up or down on a monthly basis - no long-term contracts or termination penalties.
Full stack means someone who can carry a feature from database schema to rendered interface without a handoff. It does not mean equal depth everywhere — nobody has that, and claiming it is a warning sign.
In practice every strong full stack engineer has a centre of gravity and competent reach in the other direction. What matters is that their strength matches your gap. A frontend-leaning full stack engineer on a team that needs data modelling help is a mismatch, even though the title fits.
We tell you where each engineer's depth sits rather than presenting an undifferentiated pool. That is usually the difference between a good match and an engagement that underdelivers for reasons nobody can name.
Small teams and early products. When there are three engineers, handoffs between specialists cost more than the specialisation gains. One person owning a feature end to end ships faster and produces more coherent design decisions.
Ambiguous work. Full stack engineers tend to be comfortable when requirements are still forming, because they can move the boundary between client and server as the shape becomes clear rather than negotiating it across a team boundary.
Where they are the wrong call is deep specialist work: a demanding data pipeline, a complex design system, security-critical infrastructure. Those need someone whose depth is genuinely in that area, and stretching a generalist across them produces mediocre results in both directions.
Most of our full stack engagements run on TypeScript across the whole stack — Next.js or React on the frontend, Node.js or route handlers on the backend, Postgres underneath. One language across the stack meaningfully reduces context switching and lets types flow from database to interface.
Where a project needs Python on the backend, we pair a Python backend engineer with a frontend specialist rather than looking for someone equally strong in both. Genuine dual-language depth is rare enough that hiring for it usually means accepting weakness somewhere.
For teams past roughly eight engineers, we generally recommend moving toward specialisation. The full stack model scales well early and starts producing inconsistent architecture once too many people are making structural decisions independently.
