n8n lets you automate work across the tools your business already runs, and self-host it so your data never leaves your infrastructure. Our engineers build production workflows, write custom nodes for systems n8n does not cover, and set up deployments that survive real load.
We are not a freelancer marketplace. We are a premium offshore engineering agency with proven processes.
Pre-vetted engineers ready to join your Slack and GitHub within 72 hours of agreement.
Mandatory 4–5 hour daily overlap with your EST/PST or GMT team for real-time collaboration.
You own every line of code from day one. Strict NDAs signed before any discussion begins.
Daily standups, weekly demos, and full Jira/GitHub visibility. No surprises, ever.
Every developer has 3+ years of production experience. We do not staff junior engineers on client projects.
Scale your team up or down on a monthly basis - no long-term contracts or termination penalties.
Most n8n workflows in the wild are prototypes that happen to run. They work while every API responds, every payload is well formed, and nobody looks too closely at what happens on failure.
Production automation needs error branches, retry logic with backoff, idempotency so a retried run does not duplicate work, and alerting when something fails silently. A workflow moving real money or customer data without those is a liability rather than an asset.
We screen for engineers who have operated automations rather than only built them. The revealing question is what happens when a downstream API returns a 500 halfway through a run — someone who has been paged for it answers very differently from someone who has not.
The usual driver is data. Zapier and Make process your data on their infrastructure, which for many companies is either a compliance problem or a commercial one once volume grows.
Self-hosted n8n runs in your own cloud account, so customer records, documents, and credentials stay inside your boundary. For regulated industries this often turns automation from impossible to straightforward.
The second driver is cost at volume. Per-task pricing on hosted platforms scales linearly with usage; a self-hosted instance costs roughly the same whether it runs a thousand executions a month or a million. Somewhere in between, self-hosting becomes obviously cheaper.
n8n ships integrations for common services, but every business has something proprietary — an internal API, a niche vendor, a legacy system. Custom nodes written in TypeScript plug those in as first-class citizens rather than as brittle HTTP request chains.
AI agent workflows are the fastest-growing use we see: document processing, support triage, enrichment pipelines. n8n suits these well because you can inspect each step, which matters enormously when a model produces something unexpected.
We add cost controls to any workflow that calls a model. An automation looping over a large dataset with an LLM call per item can generate a startling invoice, and the guardrails belong in the design rather than in a postmortem.
