React remains the world's most widely adopted frontend library - and for good reason. Our senior React developers in India specialize in complex state management, performance optimization, and building component libraries that your entire engineering team can reuse and scale on.
We are not a freelancer marketplace. We are a premium offshore engineering agency with proven processes.
Pre-vetted engineers ready to join your Slack and GitHub within 72 hours of agreement.
Mandatory 4–5 hour daily overlap with your EST/PST or GMT team for real-time collaboration.
You own every line of code from day one. Strict NDAs signed before any discussion begins.
Daily standups, weekly demos, and full Jira/GitHub visibility. No surprises, ever.
Every developer has 3+ years of production experience. We do not staff junior engineers on client projects.
Scale your team up or down on a monthly basis - no long-term contracts or termination penalties.
Most React interviews test whether someone can build a component. That filters almost nobody out. The questions that actually separate senior React engineers concern re-render behaviour: when does this component re-render, why, and what would you do about it. An engineer who reaches for useMemo reflexively without being able to explain what triggered the render is guessing.
Ask about state placement. The most expensive React mistakes are architectural — state lifted too high causing whole-tree re-renders, or state duplicated across a tree until two copies disagree. A strong candidate will talk about colocating state and about the distinction between server state and client state.
We also probe error boundaries, Suspense behaviour, and how someone debugs a slow list. Those come up in real production work far more often than the algorithm puzzles that dominate typical screens.
A React engagement usually starts with a codebase audit if you have an existing application, or an architecture session if you are starting fresh. We want to establish state management approach, component boundaries, and testing strategy before anyone writes feature code, because reversing those decisions later is where budgets disappear.
Engineers work inside your repository, your CI, and your review process. Pull requests get reviewed by your team as well as ours. This matters more than it sounds: it keeps your engineers close to the architecture and prevents the offshore team becoming a black box.
Typical team shapes are one senior React engineer for a focused frontend workstream, or two to three plus a designer where you are building a substantial product surface.
Uncontrolled dependency growth. React's ecosystem makes it trivially easy to add a library for every problem, and eighteen months later the bundle is enormous and half the dependencies are unmaintained. We push toward fewer, better-chosen dependencies and a documented rationale for each.
Data fetching invented from scratch. Teams still hand-roll loading states, caching, and revalidation in useEffect. TanStack Query or the framework's own data layer solves this properly, and retrofitting it later touches every component that fetches.
Accessibility deferred. Div-based interactive elements, missing focus management, and inaccessible modals are cheap to avoid during the build and expensive to retrofit under a compliance deadline. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as a default rather than as a phase.
