WordPress runs a large share of the web and most of it is maintained badly. Our WordPress developers build custom themes and plugins properly, fix the performance and security debt that accumulates on neglected sites, and build headless setups where you want WordPress editing with a modern frontend.
We are not a freelancer marketplace. We are a premium offshore engineering agency with proven processes.
Pre-vetted engineers ready to join your Slack and GitHub within 72 hours of agreement.
Mandatory 4–5 hour daily overlap with your EST/PST or GMT team for real-time collaboration.
You own every line of code from day one. Strict NDAs signed before any discussion begins.
Daily standups, weekly demos, and full Jira/GitHub visibility. No surprises, ever.
Every developer has 3+ years of production experience. We do not staff junior engineers on client projects.
Scale your team up or down on a monthly basis - no long-term contracts or termination penalties.
The reputation WordPress has for being slow and insecure is mostly a reputation earned by how it is typically built, not by the platform. A site assembled from a purchased theme, a page builder, and thirty plugins will be slow and fragile. That is a construction problem.
We screen for developers who write actual PHP rather than assembling plugins — people who can build a custom post type, write a proper query, and explain why a page builder's output is heavy. That distinction determines whether your site is maintainable in three years.
Plugin discipline is the practical marker. Every plugin is third-party code with database access running on your server. A developer who adds one for each requirement without evaluating it is accumulating risk on your behalf.
Most WordPress sites we inherit have the same problems: an unoptimised theme, plugins that load their assets on every page regardless of need, no caching strategy, and a database that has never been cleaned.
These are fixable and the gains are usually large, because the starting point is poor. Removing unused plugins, deferring scripts, implementing proper caching, and optimising images typically moves Core Web Vitals more than any redesign would.
On security, the overwhelming majority of WordPress compromises trace to an outdated plugin rather than to core. Keeping plugin count low and updates current is unglamorous and prevents nearly all of it.
Headless WordPress — WordPress as the editing backend, Next.js as the frontend — gives your marketing team the editor they know and your engineers full control over the frontend.
It is genuinely good when you have real content operations and real performance requirements. It is overkill when you have a brochure site that changes monthly, because you have doubled the systems to operate and lost live preview unless you build it.
We would ask how often content changes, who changes it, and whether performance is actually a business constraint before recommending it. Headless chosen for fashion rather than need is a common and expensive mistake.
