We build and scale Shopify stores for brands that have outgrown template configuration. That means custom themes, checkout logic on Shopify Plus, private apps for the workflows that do not fit off-the-shelf, and migrations that keep your search rankings intact.
We are not a freelancer marketplace. We are a premium offshore engineering agency with proven processes.
Pre-vetted engineers ready to join your Slack and GitHub within 72 hours of agreement.
Mandatory 4–5 hour daily overlap with your EST/PST or GMT team for real-time collaboration.
You own every line of code from day one. Strict NDAs signed before any discussion begins.
Daily standups, weekly demos, and full Jira/GitHub visibility. No surprises, ever.
Every developer has 3+ years of production experience. We do not staff junior engineers on client projects.
Scale your team up or down on a monthly basis - no long-term contracts or termination penalties.
We start with the catalogue and the buying journey rather than the design. Product variant structure, collection logic, and how customers actually find things determine more about the store's success than the homepage layout does, and they are far more expensive to change later.
Design and build follow, with the storefront assembled as a custom theme rather than a purchased one bent into shape. The distinction matters most six months in, when you want a change the theme's author never anticipated.
We build on a development store with your team reviewing throughout, so launch is a promotion of something you have already seen working rather than a reveal.
The most damaging thing a platform migration can do is silently discard your existing search visibility. Product URLs change shape, collection structures differ, and without deliberate redirect mapping you lose every ranking those pages held.
We map old URLs to new ones before migrating data, implement redirects at launch, and monitor for crawl errors afterwards. It is unglamorous work and it is the difference between a migration that is invisible to customers and one that costs a quarter of revenue.
We also preserve structured data and metadata rather than accepting whatever the new theme emits, because rich results are frequently lost in migrations without anyone noticing.
A store is not finished at launch. Conversion work, catalogue growth, seasonal campaigns, and app rationalisation are ongoing, and stores that get no attention after launch tend to degrade as apps accumulate.
We offer post-launch retainers covering performance monitoring, app hygiene, and a change allowance. For brands with in-house teams, we can instead hand over with documentation and training, which is a legitimate and often better outcome.
Either way, the store, the accounts, and the code stay yours. You should never be in a position where changing agency means rebuilding.
